What I build

Two things, done properly.

Websites

New builds, and rebuilds of dated sites. A rebuild should leave you genuinely better off without throwing away the search ranking the old site already earned — that gets handled deliberately, not hoped for.

AI operating systems

Most businesses already pay for a pile of tools that don’t talk to each other. I connect them into one system you can actually run the business through, so the software does the carrying instead of you.

Branching into

Content

Using those same systems to produce content that brings customers in. If that’s the bottleneck you’re feeling, say so — it’s worth a conversation.

How I work

How I work

I don’t just advise. I build — and then I stay on.

Find the bottleneck

I look at how work actually moves through your business and find the place quietly costing the most. It usually isn’t where people expect.

Build the fix

A real, working thing — shipped and in use. Not a document of recommendations you have to go implement yourself.

Stay on

Tools change and needs grow, so I keep your systems current. And I train your people hands-on, so the business runs on the system — not on me.

Questions

Short answers to what people usually ask before they email.

What does Tapo Canyon actually build?

Two things, done properly: modern websites (new builds and careful rebuilds that protect existing search rankings), and AI operating systems that connect the tools you already pay for so the software carries the work instead of you.

Do you only work with businesses in Southern Oregon?

I am based in Southern Oregon and work with local businesses in person when that helps. Most of the build work also runs well remotely — if the problem is clear, distance is rarely the blocker.

How do we get started?

Send a short email describing what is quietly costing you time each week. I will tell you honestly whether it is something I can fix, and what a first step would look like. No long form, no sales call required to begin.

What does “I stay on” mean?

After the first ship, I keep the system current as tools and needs change, and I train your people hands-on so the business runs on the system — not on me.
